Regulatory Information


In compliance with the Notarial Practice Rules 2019, we have our current Terms of Business for you to download.

  1. We deal with nearly all our work by providing a quote. We can work on an hourly rate, but we find most people want a fixed quote.
  2. You will find information on our complaints procedure, details of our regulator and how we work with you.

We need to know which postcode area you are in so we can send your enquiry to notaries local to you. If the area is too broad notaries do not respond. This will help us to better help you.
We need to understand what documents you need to be notarised. If your enquiry has limited details our experience tells us that notaries do not respond. If you give some details the pick up level is significantly higher and quicker.
For example – “I need legal documents for the US” would be better as “Sale of my property in Florida requires notarisation. Only one person signing."
